Tiger Blowfish in Atlanta!!

GRA Member Yasu Japanese Bistro released the following message last week:

"Yasu Japanese bistro is proud and honored to be one of only 12 restaurants to serve Tora Fugu or Tiger Blowfish in the United States. After having met all the requirements and qualifications by the FDA and the Japanese Government of Welfare. At last the epicurean pleasures of eating Tora Fugu or Tiger Blowfish is here in Atlanta...[and] the first in the south east to serve this highly sought after and very seasonal Tora Fugu"

Thought this was pretty cool news. I had no idea it was this rare in the United States. It's pretty impressive knowing that Chef and Yasu Bistro had to go through extensive training and certification to prepar fugu. Congrats.
