Can you help me find some resources for "roach coach" or daily sandwich delivery?

1.  roach coach 
 A catering truck, especially one which frequents blue collar places of work; generally a molded pickup truck with insulated diamond-pattern doors covering a refrigerator case and a warmer unit with attached griddle.
 
What kind of resources are you looking for.  Are you trying to locate these types of vendors to sell them pest control?  Or are you looking to purchase or start this type of business?  Or do you need a service like this to stop at a construction/work site?
